Return Policy

Need to make a return? Email us at support@myfiltersupply.com to request an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be credited or refunded. Our return policy is as follows:

• You may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase
• All items are subject to inspection by My Filter Supply before a credit/refund is applied
• A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns
• Customer is responsible for freight charges (incoming and outgoing, unless otherwise approved by My Filter Supply)
• Product(s) must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom or special order items may not be returned or canceled
• Once the product is received and inspected, the original payment method will be refunded in 1-2 business days, minus the original freight/shipping charges, along with the 15% restocking fee

Reporting Items Damaged During Customer Installation:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect all items for any visible damage or defects.

  2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to handle and install the purchased items with care and according to the provided instructions. Any damage that occurs during customer installation is not covered by our standard return policy.

  3. Contact Us for Guidance: If you encounter difficulties during the installation process or have questions about it, please contact our Customer Support Team for guidance and assistance before proceeding further.

Return Process for Installation-Damaged Items:

  1. Authorization: In cases where you believe that the item was genuinely defective or damaged upon receipt, and you have followed the installation instructions provided by My Filter Supply, please contact our Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear description of the issue and any relevant photographs.

  2. Investigation: We will conduct an investigation to determine whether the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect or improper installation. If it is determined that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

Exceptions:

  1. Improper Installation: Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect of the product is not covered by our return policy.

Force Majeure
My Filter Supply shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies of raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of My Filter Supply in the conduct of its businesses.

Sales Tax
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Product Substitution
Products may be substituted by the manufacturer and may not always exactly match descriptions and/or images.
